    Hello Philip,

thank you for contacting the Twinity Support Team.
It would be most helpful if you sent us the error message that you receive.
This will help us for further investigations.

    Best regards,

    Hi Philip,

thank you for your report. Did you make sure that you meet the system requirements? You will find them in our FAQs.
For further investigations of your problem we need some more information from you as well.
Could please attach your dxdiag to this ticket?

    Windows XP:
    1) Press your Windows ‘Start’ button normally found at the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
    2) Select the ‘Run’ option in the menu.
    3) Type in ‘dxdiag’ in the box and press ‘OK’
    4) Select the ‘Save All Information’. (Sometimes, you will be asked if you wish to check if the drivers are “digitally signed”. Should this message appear, choose ‘Yes’.)
    5) Save the file to a place on your machine where you can easily locate it again.
    6) Attach the file and send to us.

    Windows Vista:
    1) Press on the ‘Windows Vista’ button normally found at the bottom left hand corner of the screen
    2) Select ‘Start Search’
    3) Type ‘dxdiag’ in the box and press the return/enter button on your key board.

    Additionally we’d need these files:
    1. The python log file:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Metaversum\Twinity\Logs\python.log

    2. The error log file:
    C:\Documents and settings\Application Data\Metaversum\Twinity\game.twinity.com\cache\log.txt

    I replied: DixDiag.txt attached
I can see hidden files but got Access denied” when trying to view them
I am not going to re-configure my whole system to suit one application

This month zitty Readers Lounge brings some unexpected moments: This Thursday, 30 July 2009 Alexa Hennig von Lange will be reading live from her latest novel “Peace”, describing the situation of protagonist Joshua, who (to say the least) was raised in a very odd family. His mother chose a rather alternative career model (hippie groupie, ultra lesbian, goa dropout, TV addict & pacifist), his father – or at least the guy he thought of to be his father – got himself a secret second family and a block of shares. On top his mom’s LSD pusher suddenly claims to be his true genitor…
This is just the basic situation from which Alexa Hennig von Langes’ new novel develops a story line which is packed with wit and tempo – and which shows us the partially absurd debates that influenced our role view over some decades. and……
